The Heavy-Line lift is designed specifically for everyday use in professional workshops and combines maximum safety, flexibility and comfort.

With a lifting capacity of 5.0 tons, the TW250B4.5-G lift is ideal for lifting heavy vehicles. A lifting arm range of 890–1800 mm allows for flexible and safe lifting of vehicles, from small passenger cars like the Smart, to vans and long-wheelbase vehicles like the Mercedes-Benz Sprinter, and campervans. It features automatic safety locking and unlocking, as well as two-stage, height-adjustable turntables with double threads and anti-rotation protection. Thanks to access without a drive-through beam, vehicles can be positioned easily and without obstruction. Two powerful hydraulic cylinders ensure robust lifting and lowering. Tri-telescopic, angled support arms provide maximum flexibility when positioning vehicles. The symmetrical design allows wide vehicle door opening, and door locking prevents accidental damage. An anti-lift button allows precise lowering without the need for automatic lifting, and an integrated 230V socket in the control box simplifies connecting auxiliary devices. The powder-coated surface in a subtle anthracite finish provides durable corrosion protection and gives the lift a modern look. The modern engine cover provides reliable dust protection, reduces noise, and can be optionally upgraded with a pneumatic kit. For optimal visibility, an available LED kit (TWLED-2B) evenly illuminates the work area beneath the lift.
