Measurement is performed using modern CCD sensor heads with an integrated LCD display, allowing for quick readings directly at the wheel. The sensors are battery-powered, and the charging electronics are already integrated into the system. High-resolution infrared measurement with 8 beams ensures accurate results, while wireless Bluetooth communication provides flexible computer connectivity. It precisely determines and calculates the relevant vehicle axle parameters. On the front axle, it measures individual and total toe-in, including toe-out, camber, caster, and camber angles. On the rear axle, the system records individual toe-in, total toe-out, and camber. Additionally, wheelbase, wheel offset, track width, and axle offset can be determined. Users can easily add their own data to the database if necessary. The measurement system operates wirelessly with eight CCD sensors and offers a measuring range of +/- 18 degrees with an accuracy of +/- 0.01 degrees. It allows you to choose between a quick measurement with two sensors for the front axle or a full wheel alignment with four sensors. The sensor heads can be individually calibrated after replacement. Thanks to special measurement modes, even vehicles with extremely low suspension, ultra-low chassis, or body kits can be reliably measured.

The TW115-G system has an extensive database of axle alignment parameters for over 20,000 vehicle types. The software is available in multiple languages, including Polish, German, English, Spanish, French, Dutch, and Turkish.

Optional database and software updates are available and conveniently delivered via email.
