The TWX-80T-G electrohydraulic tire changer is the ideal solution for mounting tires on light commercial vehicles and trucks, as well as agricultural and construction machinery with wheel diameters up to 2500 mm and widths up to 1200 mm. It is designed for rims ranging from 14″ (356 mm) to 56″ (1423 mm) in diameter. Its robust construction ensures maximum stability and durability, while exceptionally simple operation via a control unit, joystick, and foot pedals ensures comfortable operation. The two-speed electro-hydraulic control unit enables faster operation of the mounting arm and clamping device. A powerful, two-speed electric motor for forward and reverse drive with speeds of 4 and 8 rpm ensures maximum performance and efficiency. The self-centering 4-arm clamping system and the electro-hydraulic clamping arm guarantee secure and precise clamping. The clamping jaws are made of high-quality special steel and provide maximum load capacity. Secure rim clamping ensures a reliable and user-friendly entire assembly process. The high-quality control unit enables precise and sensitive operation.
